The Role:

This is a brand-new Market Development Executive/ SDR position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into the Higher Education world across Europe. The technology includes Student Surveying tools, Data Analytics, Course Evaluations and Experience Management solutions. Based from a home office and our client’s London office, you will be responsible for the complete business development cycle from cradle to grave, working towards ambitious and rewarding revenue and demo targets that will eventually lead to progression into a client-facing business development role.

The Candidate:

For this Market Development Executive/ SDR role, we’re seeking new business sales candidates who have a demonstrable track record of developing new business opportunities from scratch. You will have the ability and preparedness to perform prospecting and lead generation activity, although you will also be supported by a successful and innovative marketing engine. It would be ideal if you also have experience of selling an EdTech solution, however candidates with any form of software or SaaS sales experience will be considered.

The Package:

Depending on experience, the package for this Market Development Executive role will be in the region of £30,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to make circa £45,000 in the first year… and potentially much more for over achievement.
