The Role:

Post-Covid, this will be an office-based sales leadership position in North London, managing an existing and growing team of new business focused sales people. You will be representing an award-winning portfolio of eLearning Software solutions, targeting the UK Healthcare and Care industry.

Whilst there is already a successful team and infrastructure in place, you will have full autonomy on the continued growth and develop of the sales team, to ensure their constant double-digit company growth continues at the same pace, so we require candidates able to come in and put their own stamp on the role.

The Candidate:

Most importantly, we require Sales Managers that have managed teams of 5+ people, ideally in a new business sales model. You will be driven, dynamic, engaging and somebody who will lead from the front – sword in hand.

You will be experienced and successful at coaching young, up-and-coming sales people, helping them be successful in a very consultative sales environment. It would also be advantageous if your experience is working with a Software, SaaS or subscription style solution as understanding the nuances of this will help you hit the ground running.

The Package:

On offer for the right candidates is a fantastic package that will generate a Year 1 OTE of £100,000+. This I made up of a competitive basic salary in the region of £40,000, plus an uncapped and rewarding commission plan that pays out of new business and future renewals. On top of this you will receive a generous benefits package, and a defined path for career progression into larger leadership roles as the business continues to scale up.
