Account Manager – Talent Solutions - £80k-£90k ote

Job Type:
An international market leader in the talent and recruitment technology market place is expanding their City based sales team and is looking to add account manager to the team to manage and grow a number of accounts whilst also looking for new business revenue from specific prospects. If you have a knowledge of the financial services space and a background in recruitment followed by working in SaaS or a platform based sale this could be your ideal role

The Role:
As an account manager you will be responsible for managing and growing an account book. You will be working with recruiters, staffing agencies and executive search firms that operate in the financial services / banking and related market sectors. You will need to have a desire to learn as they have a large number of products / solutions for the market depending on the clients / prospects requirements as such being able to understand data and deliver a solution to your customer is key.

A well renowned player in the recruitment advertising / technology space you will have the advantage of being to talk with confidence about other business you have helped in the past and use some very impressive and compelling case studies when talking to prospects. The Candidate:
Ideally you will have started in the world of recruitment, so you have a knowledge of the clients, how they operate and what they want. You will then have moved on to SaaS, PaaS (platform) or another form of solution. It is crucial you understand data and how this can add value to both your client and also you in understanding your clients requirements and where you can add value to them. A knowledge of Tableau is highly advantageous.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience, pension, health and uncapped ote of between £80,000-£90,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
