Engagement Solutions Specialist – Employee Engagement

Description:
An award winning player in the employee recognition is looking to add an engagement solution specialist to assist both clients and prospects in understanding the value of an employee engagement / employee surveys offering as they grow this area of their business which also compliments their other service lines such as employee benefits, employee recognition and employee wellbeing
The Role:
As an engagement solutions specialist your time will be split between pre-sales activities such as working with the sales team to understand clients requirements in detail so you can build and conduct presentations that meet those objectives. You will also be involved in post-sales activities such as providing detailed specification sheets to the build team to ensure they tailor the platform to meet the clients individual requirements both from a technical and implementation perspective. Overseeing quality assurance to ensure that solutions delivered meet / exceed client expectations. You will also be expected to cover some enablement activities as well as such as developing content for product sales training to the internal teams as well as working on content for clients to ensure they can be trained on how to use the system effectively.
The Candidate:
You will be highly employee engagement specialist / implementation consultant from within a SaaS environment that can demonstrate a successful track record of onboarding customers and creating a successful handover to customer success. You will ideally have or be able to learn very quickly to be an expert in employee engagement / employee surveys and the impact they can have on a client and how they manage and motivate their staff. You will ideally be degree educated ideally within a technology related degree such as Computer Science, Information Technology etc. You will also have exceptional communication skills both written and in verbal and the ability to engage with and persuade audiences of clients and prospects.
The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 with a company bonus on top.
