Description:
An award winning player in the employee recognition and engagement space is looking to add a client onboarding specialist to their team managing working with a diverse range of accounts once they are signed up and before they are then passed to the customer success team
The Role:
As a engagement solutions onboarding specialist you will own the entire onboarding process from the point of sale through to a successful implementation, setting up the customers for immediate success. You will be responsible for helping the customer define their needs and work with them on managing the timeline for seeing value from the platform. You will also be responsible for building content to be used by new clients as part of their education to get the best out of the product. You will also need to be in regular contact with clients to ensure they are supported through the implementation process as well as ensuring a successful handover to the customer success team once implementation in complete and the customer is set up and ready to go.
The Candidate:
You will be highly client onboarding specialist / implementation consultant from within a SaaS environment that can demonstrate a successful track record of onboarding customers and creating a successful handover to customer success. Any exposure to HR as a decision maker is a plus as it would be if you have any experience in employee recognition, employee engagement, employee benefits, employee wellbeing etc. It is also a distinct advantage if you have experience of creating education content for customers and putting in place process and best practice to be used as part of the process for onboarding new customers
The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £30,000 - £32,000 with a company bonus on top.
