If you are a lawyer or paralegal in the M&A (mergers and acquisitions) looking to move to a tech provider this could be your dream role, working with a rapidly expanding SaaS business that is changing the way deal orchestration works in the PE space.

The Role:
Being the first customer success / client support manager you will be working with law firms on behalf on their PE clients in order to ensure they are using their software properly. This will include a range of activities from day to day support, training of new users, onboarding new clients. Work with clients to understand their needs and requirements in order to deliver best practice support to ensure they are getting maximum value from the platform, as well as feeding back to internal teams on client request for functionality or further improvements.

The Candidate:
You will have experience working as a lawyer or a paralegal. Any involvement in PE, M&A, VC or investment banking would be a huge plus. You will have an excellent attention to detail and be comfortable conversing with lawyers who are working with clients to get transactions completed. If you have worked in a technology firm it is advantageous but they are also prepared to take someone who is moving directly from the law firm / investment banking industry. It is also advantageous if you speak a 2nd language in particular German, Dutch or Spanish.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience, pension, health, potential share options and also a 2 months’ salary bonus on top of your base salary.
