Description:
Have you got a track record and knowledge of selling SaaS to HR decision makers within the mid-market and corporate market place? If so this could be your dream role, as this rapidly expanding employee engagement / flexible benefits provider is looking to add a senior BDM / AE to the team selling their range including recognition, engagement, wellbeing, employee benefits staff discount voucher programmes, long service award programmes etc
The Role:
As a senior BDM / AE you will be responsible for developing opportunities with mid-market and large corporate companies in the UK to build and develop their corporate wellbeing /wellness programs. You will be able to tap in to your existing network of contacts within the HR space and have a solid understanding of how to manage and execute both a sales strategy as well as a strong grasp on managing sales processes.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales professional with a track record of new business within HR SaaS space. Any knowledge or exposure to recognition, employee engagement, wellbeing or benefits is advantageous however not essential as product training can be given so people from within talent management, HR SaaS, L & D solutions such as eLearning / blended learning or HR consulting will also be considered on individual merit. You will need to be someone that can manage the entire sales process including prospecting through to close and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in new business generation.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience, pension, health, and also a very generous uncapped commission plan with an ote which is double your base salary.
