Rapidly expanding game changing Pre-IPO software business is looking to add a partner Manager to their EMEA team working closely with one main partner whilst also building out the partner network

The Role:
As the EMEA Partner Manager you will take full ownership of the relationship with their main EMEA partner with the view to develop and educate the partners sales, solution consulting and customer success team on the value the software can bring to their clients and how it compliments their existing offering. You will need to be someone who is comfortable in being client facing with the partners clients to demo the solution and show the value and if there is interest then pass across to an AE within the business to work the prospect.

The Company:
Rapidly expanding SaaS business in the financial management space that is Pre-IPO that is growing at 100-200% year on year. Fast paced, great technology and a sales driven culture this is great role for someone who is relatively early in their partner role and is driven, ambitious and looking to move to a niche player where they can have a big impact on the success of the company

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful Partner Manager with a track record of driving revenue from within your partners, ideally both the UK and other parts of EMEA. Any exposure to financial software, tax software, compliance software would be a distinct advantage but not essential as long as you have a solid track record over a sustained period of time within a software business application space. You will also need to be comfortable working in a structured sales environment that practices value based selling and has a very strong sales playbook to follow.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience and a bonus structure based on revenue performance which will mean an ote of £110,000-£120,000. This is a company that is growing and promotes from within, so this could be the first step on the career ladder of a very successful business, as well as an attractive share options scheme for all new starters
