Account Development Executive – FinTech SaaS

Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading marketing services and customer loyalty /reward program FinTech SaaS provider managing and developing a number of key accounts within the financial services arena (credit companies and retail banks).

The Role:
As an account development executive you primary responsibilities will be to support the account director and senior account manager to manage and develop the account through both an effective customer relationship management program whilst looking at the ongoing performance of the account and its rewards / loyalty programs to ensure the customer is engaging with the offering fully and driving the performance of the program for their own benefit. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for working with the account directors to produce reports on usage / engagement etc whilst also working with the client to ensure they are comfortable using the system and working through any issues internally


The Candidate:
You will be highly successful account executive / account development / customer success professional with a good attention to detail, understanding of customer relationship management and being able to deliver with internal stakeholders. It is advantageous if you have a back background similar to this role such as loyalty programs, premium travel services, corporate travel, financial services, credit card enhancement or marketing services in to the financial services arena would be advantageous however what is more important is a strong background in relationship management and ensuring customers and maximizing the offering by using the data at their disposal within the platform.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), plus benefits including bonus structure 10%, plus share options, pension, health, plus a range of benefits etc. Also on offer for the right person is a rapid and rewarding career progression path as the company continues with its growth strategy across EMEA.
