A rapidly expanding business within the thought leadership space is looking to add x2 BDM’s / new business sales representatives to their sales function selling their leading range of video and thought leadership services to the corporate market place

The Role:
As a BDM you will be targeting CEO’s, MD’s and executive directors within a range of businesses across a range of industries. You role will be to be pro-active in getting through to senior leadership and discuss with them the opportunity to make a professional corporate video where they can share their thought leadership in their respective industry as a good way to promote their business, values and how they operate. As such you will need to be self-motivated and resourceful to get through to the right decision maker with the aim of discussing thought leadership and how they can promote both themselves and their business discretely through a professionally shot video

The Candidate:
You will be an articulate BDM / new business sales professional that is looking to join a rapidly expanding business. You will need to possess good communication skills and be able demonstrate of success in a cold calling new business focused role. Any knowledge of video production is advantageous however not essential as they have successfully trained people from a variety of backgrounds including recruitment, trading, FX and other phone based sales environments

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of £25,000-£40,000 pension, health and uncapped ote £80,000-£100,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target and top performers earning £150,000 a year. You will also have the chance to progress in to a full cycle sales role in the future based on your success
