Package: £40-45k basic salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE (£70,000 Year 1)

The Role:

In this autonomous, home-based field sales Business Development Manager role, you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of cutting-edge orthopaedic implants and medical devices and will be responsible for a hybrid role of new business and account management within a defined territory in the South of England.

As well as managing and developing an account base of 20+ existing healthcare clients, you will be charged with developing new clients in the NHS and Private Healthcare arena.

The Candidate:

Industry experience is not essential for this role, as full product and industry training will be provided upon joining. What we require is an experienced Field Sales territory manager/ Business Development Manager with a demonstrable track record of success in new business and/or account management sales.

You will be self-motivated, driven, sales-trained and process-driven, whilst also being coachable and mouldable to help your transition into this lucrative market place.

The Package:

For an experienced and successful Business Development Manager, package is ultimately negotiable depending on said experience, however initial indications are in the region of £40-45k basic salary + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission, generating a realistic Year 1 OTE of around £70,000.
