Strategic Client Manager – SaaS

Job Type:
This is an opportunity to join a TRUE market leader in their field. If you have a track record of strategic client management / account manager roles and are looking for a new challenge this could be your ideal role!

The Role:
Supporting a Strategic client director / account director you will be responsible for the day to day management of a number of high profile large law firms. You will be the first point of contact for any issues, requests for training as well as being responsible for driving the account plan and ensuring all contracts are in place for the renewal process at the right time alongside the client director.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful client manager / account manager / customer success professional. Any exposure to the legal market would be a plus but not essential as would any exposure to SaaS or a subscription / market intelligence offering. You will be someone who is comfortable working with large complex accounts and taking ownership of the relationship

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of £50,000 with a £10,000 bonus pension, health as well as a number of other benefits.
