The Role:
Working closely with the head of sales and head of sales operations you will be responsible for shaping and developing a small team of SDR’s and their go to market strategy. You will have all the tools you require at your disposal like salesforce as well as both sales automation tools and analytics technology to be able to analyse and determine the best route to market for you team. You will also work closely with marketing and the wider sales leadership teams to ensure there is a cohesive message and route to market based on the data sets you have available to you.

The Candidate:
You will be a proven sales leader within an inside sales / sales development function that can demonstrate a successful track record of driving performance from a new business / hunting perspective. You will need to have experience of sales automation tool such as Gainsight, outreach seismic etc as well as also having had experience and being an expert with analytics tools such as tableau, Einstein analytics or advanced excel to be able to translate analysis of complex information in to actionable strategies for your team

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £75,000-£80,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person) with an uncapped commission plan which will be based on the teams performance against sales targets and metrics set by the sales director.
