Sales Development Representative - Legal SaaS

An award winning innovative provider of legal software / SaaS is looking to add 2x SDR (sales development representatives) to their business in a newly formed team that will be working alongside new business development managers developing opportunities and interest within the white space in their market

The Role:
As a SDR (senior sales development representative) you will be targeting both large law firms across Europe that could already be customers in other areas of the business, as well as developing opportunities within the mid-market across Europe which is more focused on new business / white space opportunities. You will be pro-active targeting prospects through both digital outreach and phone based activity to develop leads for the senior sales team to close

The Candidate:
You will be an articulate SDR (sales development representative) / internal sales professional from within the software world. Any exposure to the legal or professional services market would be advantageous however not essential as full training is given. What is more important is that you have a genuine desire to be successful are happy to work in a flexible working environment home based and office environment as the team grows and develop which in turns means you have a good chance to develop in to other areas of the business based on your results. It is also advantageous if you have used sales enablement tools such as HVS (High Velocity Sales), Outreach or SalesLoft in the past

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and uncapped ote £40,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
