A company who are a market leader in the Office Furniture Industry, are looking to attain a new tenacious business hunter to become a new addition to their already incredibly successful sales team and fill the Field Sales Executive role that they want to add to further expand the company’s footprint as the market leader in the Office Furniture industry.

The Role
What this role will entail for Office furniture company will be to go out into the field within the Midlands region, to meet face to face with senior levels decision makers from SME and big corporate organisation across all industries. Leads will be handed to the individual that will be generated by the highly skilled and successful sales team surrounding them, once the tenacious Field Sales Executive would off won the new business, it is then theirs to keep and build long lasting relationships and earn all of the commission benefits. This is a solely Field based sales role which means being out and hunting down new business and the reporting back to the headquarters on the odd occasion.

The Candidate
What my client from the Office Furniture company wants to see in terms off the ideal Field Sales Executive is an individual, who has the capability and the entrepreneurial instinct to go out there and hunt down new business and win a new client base, as well as have all the characteristics of dynamic and highly skilled Field Sales Executive.

The Package
The Package on offer for the Right Field Sales Executive will be a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, this package will also include and great commission structure which can see earnings dramatically increase. There is also a great pension scheme in place as well as other benefits that come when working for such as well-established company in the Office Furniture industry. This great package comes also with a fully expensed company car.
