We are on the hunt for an exceptional Business Development Manager, to join an already successful team, selling solutions into the Hospitality industry! This esteemed company need a determined individual, with an original approach to target new clients as well as build an exceptional rapport with existing clients.

• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic, with an uncapped OTE £65,000 in your first year + company car, company phone and laptop, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to target the Hospitality industry, selling a wide range of solutions. Your role will primarily be focused on new business development. The remaining of your time, will be focused on managing an existing client base. You will consistently be performing against set target to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Manager, will have previous experience in selling products into the Hospitality industry. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business opportunities and have a proven track record of account management. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to accomplish targets. You will also show remarkable communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to surpass all set KPI’s.

The Package:
The package on offer for the Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £30,000 - £45k, depending on experience, rewarding you with an uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year. You will also receive a company car, company phone and laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
