Package: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission + Rapid Progression into Field Sales.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be expected to work with a large portfolio of existing clients, up selling and cross selling new renewals/software solutions to them, so the ability to build a lasting rapport is essential. The role will be based from their Wokingham office and will be 100% internal to begin with and purely dealing with existing clients.

The Candidate:
You will be ambitious and dynamic, self-motivated and have a high level of customer service and sales skills. You will also be a polished, articulate, well-presented sales person, ideally degree educated, who can deal with people at all levels. This is your chance to take control of your career and move into a new exciting industry and have rapid career progression.

The Package:
Excellent remuneration package that includes a base salary of circa £25,000 depending on experience, with an uncapped OTE of circa £30,000 in Year 1 + mobile, excellent chance for career development within 12 months if successful, as well as excellent working conditions.
