An international market leader in the talent and recruitment technology market place is looking for someone to join their team working with clients in the French speaking regions of Europe both in terms of driving revenue growth and also looking for new business prospects across the financial services, professional services and FinTech space.

The Role:
As a key account manager for the French speaking regions you will be managing a number of existing accounts (banks, large corporates etc) with the aim of upselling and cross selling additional services lines / products. You will also be responsible for developing new business from within your assigned region managing the entire sales cycle from start to close and then further developing the account once you have completed a PoC.

The Company:
An international player within the talent solutions / recruitment technology space they continue to grow and have a very strong presence across the UK, Europe and the America’s, this role is a continuation of that growth. Offering a solution that is well known and well respected in the market with a number of strong case studies you will be fully equipped for success.

The Candidate:
You will a French native or fluent French speaker and be comfortable working in an international role which will require travel to French speaking parts of Europe. Ideally you will have worked in recruitment in the past as it will help you understand the offering and demonstrate the value to clients and prospects. In particular if you have worked in finance recruitment or into the financial services marketplace that would be advantageous. You will also need to be someone that is tenacious and self motivated as the company has high expectations for this role due to the potential of the region.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, pension, health and uncapped otc £75,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
