Our client is looking to expand their sales team with a Business Development Manager. They are a global market leader in the talent assessment space who offer huge scope for personal growth and progression.

The Role
The Business Development role based in London will require a combination of personal prospecting and working with the marketing team to generate leads and book face to face meetings with clients. You will be selling a talent assessment / psychometric testing / employee engagement solution which will require a consultative sell and a knowledgeable approach when pitching to HR departments within corporate organisations.

The Candidate
The Business Development Manager will be experienced in talent assessment, psychometric testing, workforce solutions, along with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be skilled in building strong relationships with clients and providing a solution-based, collaborative approach to sales. You must be able to visit clients in central London, and ideally, the new Business Development Manager will be educated to degree level.

The Package
The basic salary on offer for the right Business Development Manager is up to £70,000, with the first year OTE at £90,000.
