The Role

In this sales executive role, you will be responsible in taking part in telecommunicating and meeting face to face with clients in the corporate space offering the company’s E learning/virtual training services. You will be taking charge of the entire sales procedure from making calls to clients, to closing deals with them through face-to-face meetings. You will be working with key decision makers such as chief level operators to directors. For this sales/business development executive role, it is crucial to have a coherent understanding of how the learning and development space operates and the E learning/virtual training services that they provide as well as a having the right sales techniques in generating new business.

The Candidate

For this vacancy, the right sales/business development executive will have had 1-2 years experience in the E learning/virtual training space through business development. A professional who is highly motivated and is determined in becoming the top biller for the company. Due to the role being heavily revolved around bringing in new business, it is essential the professional also has strong communication skills and has the confidence to cold call and meet clients in the learning development space face-to-face. As well as this, being a sales/business development executive, you will need to be strategic in your approach when displaying the E learning/virtual training services the company offers.

Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of £35,000 to £40,000 basic, with an OTE of £60,000 plus benefits.
