The Role

In the Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive role that is now live, you will be responsible for bringing in new business through going and generating leads and relationships with clients, offering the company’s car park management services. Taking charge of the entire sales procedure from making appointments with customers, to closing deals with them. You will be working with key decision makers to display the benefits of the company’s car park management services. It’s also crucial to have a coherent understanding of how the car park management operates and the parking solutions services that they provide as well as a having the right sales techniques in generating new business.

The Candidate

For this vacancy the right candidates will have had at least 2 years experience in the parking management industry in a Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive role. A professional who is highly motivated and is determined in generating a network of customers for the company. Due to the role being heavily revolved around bringing in new business, it is essential the Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive also have strong communication skills when selling parking solutions. Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of £40,000 basic, with an OTE of £50,000+ plus benefits.
