This is a Fantastic opportunity for a talented media Business Development Executive to step up into a cross-platform media sales role. The ability to cross sell and upsell on multiple products is essential for this Business Development Executive role and the successful candidate will focus on all areas of the business (digital, print advertising as well as delivering broadcast video services). This Business Development Executive role is ideal for an ambitious, energetic sales person with a minimum of 2 years of B2B Media sales experience behind them. You must be dedicated and self-motivated and must be able to work closely within a team, and show initiative and take ownership of their work.

The Role:
As a business development executive for this media sales company you will be selling a large portfolio of high-ticket products and services including digital, print advertising and broadcast video services. You will be driving weekly revenue based upon a consultative approach. You will be exploring new prospect opportunities to help grow the business. All Business Development Executives will also be ensuring KPIs are adhered to.

The Client:
The Ideal Business Development Executive must have the ability to cultivate long term relationships with prospect once converted to client. You will have a proven track record in media sales. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to cope well within a sales environment. Business Development Managers must have Excellent communication, listening, persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport. You will be confident and clear when presenting to C level decision makers.

The Package:
For The Business Development Executive you will receive a competitive basic salary paid weekly, with a very attractive commission package. You will receive a basic salary of £30,00 with a realistic OTE of £60,00 in the first year. Overachievers will be heavily rewarded and can earn ever more due to the nature of the uncapped commission structure
