Description:
This a fantastic opportunity to join an early stage business that is pre-IPO with a niche software based around supply chain and procurement as the EMEA sales lead. If you are an enterprise sales director within this space with a strong track record this could be your dream role!

The Role:
As EMEA Sales Director you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of new business sales professionals targeting a diverse range of companies with a turnover of £500m-£4bn+ across a number of verticals including the likes of pharmaceutical, consumer products, manufacturing, engineering, construction etc. You will be offering a niche software with a very strong ROI (3-4 months) that has a cloud offering making it far easier to integrate with other systems compared to their competitors. You will be expected to be a sales director / leader that is prepared to get their hands dirty and attend sales meetings with your sales team in order to drive the team performance

The Company:
An expanding series A funded business that is looking to capitalise on their position in the market and dramatically increase their customer base / market share. This is the first stage of their growth before they go back to raise at Series B at a considerable higher valuation. Ahead of their 3 year plan both in terms of staff levels and revenue performance this is a very financial attractive opportunity for over achievers.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales director / sales leader that can demonstrate a successful sales track record of managing and growing an enterprise sales function within a SaaS based environment. Knowledge and / or experience within supply chain, procurement or enterprise financial management systems is essential for this role, as well as being able to demonstrate a track record over a sustained period of time and closing deals and working with your team to drive results

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £120,000-£125,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £250,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
