Business Development Manager – Collaboration Software

Description:
Do you want to work for a leading award winning software provider that is regarded as a pioneer in the expanding collaboration software space offering a range of solutions to corporate and large SME (£250m+ turnover businesses)? If so then read on as this market leader is looking to add 2x business development managers to their EMEA sales team as part of their growth strategy!

The Role:
As one of a team of business development managers you will be responsible for new business across a number of sectors including finance, pharmaceutical, manufacturing public sector, third sector, etc. Offering a range of SaaS based solutions based around collaboration software you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from cradle to grave as well as account planning and mapping with clients bring on board over the first year to maximise growth within the accounts.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful l business development manager with a background of selling enterprise software (must have dealt with order values in excess of £250k and long complex sales cycles) to a variety of market places with a demonstrable track record of over achievement is essential. Any knowledge or exposure to social software or software around collaboration (content, documents etc) would also be a plus however not essential as they have success with people from a variety of backgrounds such as CRM, HR, or other forms of enterprise software

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£85,000 depending on experience with a healthy commission plan which is uncapped and based on a very conservation target of £145,000-£155,000 pension, health, plus a range of benefits etc. Also on offer for the right person is a rapid and rewarding career progression path as the company continues with its growth strategy across EMEA
