The Role

Seeking a regional sales manager within the Newcastle/north east borders of the UK. The purpose of this role is to manage and grow an established geographical customer base. The markets in which the selected regional sales manager will be targeting will vary from petrol chem, forestry and the food & beverage markets. As the fluid power industry is fairly niche, this role would require a candidate that has a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the same or a similar position to ensure the ideal regional sales manager possesses a good amount of credibility of knowledge within this particular sector.

The Candidate

The preferred regional sales manager would need to be a team player with a flexible attitude. They must be well presented, self-motivated and ambitious. It is crucial that they have the ability to communicate at all levels as they will be liaising with various types of decision makers, therefore the perfect regional sales manager would need to be able to adapt and rapport build with anyone from business owners to C level directors from various organisations. As this role requires experience and a high level of understanding, the selected regional sales manager is expected to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct selling of engineering products into numerous sectors such as food and beverage, fluid power and oil 7 petrochemicals just to name a few.

The Package
