Are you a Business Development Manager that has a background in selling Merchant Services? A global organisation within the industry, are looking for a high-achieving sales professional to join the business development team.

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 with an uncapped OTE £70,000 in your first year + company car, travel expenses, company phone + laptop, pension + other benefits.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills and experience to sell Merchant Services. The role is a hybrid of new business and account management. You will also be demonstrating the Solution to your clients. You will need to have a consultative approach with your clients, building a proficient rapport for future business. You will be performing against a set target and KPI’s, to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have experience in selling Merchant Services. You will have a proven track record of new business and have demonstrate previous success of growth in existing accounts. You will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI’s.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000, with an uncapped OTE of £70,000 in your first year. Other benefits include a company car, travel expenses, company phone + laptop, pension + other benefits.
