This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Blind or Window Furnishings. You will be a highly motivated individual who is target driven with experience in selling to independent retailers. The ideal candidate would be happy to work from home whilst managing a Southern territory.

Essential Experience – Blinds, or Window Furnishings

Package – £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Car + Laptop + Pension - £50,000 OTE

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business through speaking directly to decision makers whilst sourcing your own leads and following up from incoming enquiries. You will be selling various blinds and window furnishings into an array of verticals, ensuring that you have full understanding of the product. Selling into a wide range of different sized companies, from SME’s to Blue Chip organisations, you must have the ability to control a sales process throughout from lead generation, to the close of sale.

The Candidate

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have a solid grounding in sales and business development. The ideal Business Development Manager would have previous back ground in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the windows furnishing industry, and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in an ever growing company. If you are self-motivated and money driven then this role could be perfect for you.

The Package

The Business Development Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £30,000 - £35,000 with an uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £50,000. You will also be rewarded with an array of benefits along with the opportunity to progress within this highly reputable and fast growing company.
